Job Description:

The IT Support Technician will work with our team to provide support for a wide range of IT application and services. You will get the opportunity to work on multiple technologies and services. As an IT Support Technician, you will work in a fast-paced environment, interact with a globally disbursed workforce, and apply your technical knowledge to solve issues that will span multiple IT environments. You will be responsible for processing service requests, tasks, and tickets on hardware, software, OSs, and applications.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to technical failures and requests, per on-call schedule
  • Execute change management and maintenance tasks
  • Provide end-user hardware, software, and application support
  • Perform system and operational tasks for disparate cloud environments
  • Perform software and hardware configuration, provision laptops, install programs, and manage virtual desktops
  • Windows/Linux OS deployment and support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and respond to emergent IT events

Qualification & Experience:

  • 1+ years of IT Support experience in a production environment
