In this role, you work on the forward-looking Technology innovation that Amazon is going to adapt including use state of the art AWS technologies and help the teams lead towards leverage the same along with investing in tools development to support such initiatives. You will also be investigating customer-impacting issues, dive deep into system exceptions and work closely with the software, hardware and network teams to solve these challenges.
- Software deployment support in staging and production environments.
- Customer notification, workflow coordination and follow-up to maintain service level agreements.
- Provide / Develop technical solutions and help reduce operational issues related to software and hardware.
- System and support status reporting.
- Develop tools to aid operations and maintenance.
- Work on operations and maintenance-oriented coding projects with the potential for Java-based projects.
- Automate manual workflows to improve the productivity of the Support Team.
Qualification & Experience:
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience
