Job Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with OALs for rebated ticket requests.
  • Manage Station Quota Budget and all related approvals.
  • Identify and recommend cost-saving initiatives in all areas of commercial functions
  • Coordinate with Procurement and Stores to facilitate and dispatch all outstations requirements.
  • Negotiate local purchases related to the sales department.
  • Handle and update all GSA agreements.
  • Communicate on National Holidays and any other relevant information related to all sales offices in ISC.
  • Plan and organize sales-related national events for India and other meetings in BOM.
  • Coordinate with the Training department to facilitate the outstation’s training requirements.
  • Coordinate with Information & Computing to facilitate outstation’s requirements
  • Maintain all files of written correspondence with confidentiality
  • Manage all visitors, calls for the region in absence of RVP
  • Maintaining records of marketing material inventory.
  • Record minutes of meetings, and subsequently disseminate to various departments.
