  • Managing workforce to leverage opportunities
  • Building channel productivity
  • Creating opportunities for sales of all products i.e. Standard Definition, High Definition, etc.
  • Working closely with Service Team to drive the sales agenda
  • Increasing customer acquisition, tag utilization, and acquisition rental revenues
  • Increasing net additions for DTH Business
  • Managing customer relationships to minimize churn across customers in different product segments
