Job Description:

The individual will be part of the security baseline remediation team and provide proactive support in the remediation of all baseline vulnerabilities within agreed and adherence to SLOs and SLAs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operational Process & Routines: Adherence to operating controls, risk management, process review and creation, documentation, and collaborative knowledge sharing
  • Coordinate with vendors (IBM, HP, Microsoft ) to resolve vendor-specific issues
  • Support all environments (Production/Contingency/Dev)
  • Handle Windows Registry modification
  • Participate and responding to support calls both during and after business hours/weekends/holidays/shutdowns
  • Monitor and tune the system to achieve optimum performance levels
  • Develop scripts to gain efficiencies for reporting and automating repetitive tasks
  • Coordinate with Application teams to provide fix/support for windows servers

Qualification & Experience:

  • B.E. / B. Tech/M.E. /M. Tech/B.Sc./M.Sc./BCA/MCA (prefer IT/CS specialization)
