Job Description:

The individual will function in a change leadership role – leading teams to drive operational excellence for Global Business Services Technology Team as well as leading transformational cross-functional initiatives across Global Business Services. Role is focused on driving strategic change (process Improvement, business priorities) through several interventions aligned to the various businesses and delivery teams, both inside and outside the Global Business Services, including the build and management of the culture of continuous improvement through application of Process Excellence & Project Management methodologies. The incumbent is also expected to liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders in order to develop and execute priorities along with necessary governance and communication routines.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be an ambassador of OPEX and the culture of continuous improvement across lines and forums
  • Support & promote Innovation
  • Ensure various functions/stakeholders of an organization are kept informed for effective change management
  • Have the ability to question and focus on details in order to have deeper understanding and subject matter expertise on industry standards, best practices, trends, and evolving ideas.
  • Drive ideation and execution of ideas
  • Ensure adherence to all internal and business performance metrics with zero surprises

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to flex/ stretch/ multi-task given time-critical business needs
  • Ability to energize, motivate and guide high potential teams
  • Strong business acumen and ability to pick-up aligned functional domain
  • Change Leadership Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills including conflict management and negotiation
  • Quality background (Six Sigma/ Lean / Kaizen) with implementation experience
  • Exposure of driving high impact initiatives in the enterprise domain in large/complex setup
  • Ability to map to leadership thought and translate into clear actionable for teams

Qualification & Experience:

  • Prior experience of 5+ years in mentoring PE (Process Excellence)/ GB / BB projects with at least 10 years of relevant experience in Change Management
