Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage, coach and motivate team members
  • Obtain permissions required for project execution
  • Ensure seamless operation and administration of Jio Centre
  • Optimize cost and productivity of Jio Centre
  • Provide an action plan for customer retention and feedback
  • Liaison with channel partners to enhance productivity
  • Responsible to ensure sales and customer acquisition targets
  • Ensure adherence to statutory compliances and commercial controls

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduation degree in any discipline, Post Graduation, MBA preferred
