Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement innovative solutions for engaging and motivating the employees
  • Monitor grievances and implement disciplinary policies and procedures
  • Ascertain timely resolution of employee queries
  • Communicate organizational policies and processes and ensure its understanding
  • Align with business to implement talent engagement and development initiatives
  • Identify the process gap to improve and optimize processes
  • Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle of the employees
  • Ensure basic HR hygiene and support IR team on compliance issues
  • Support in data collation and preparation of reports

Qualification & Experience:

  • 2 – 8 years
  • Master’s Degree / Diploma in Human Resources
