Job Responsibilities:

  • To address and manage customer queries
  • The role is responsible for sales support and customer care in the region.
  • To ensure prompt responsiveness on sales enquires (viz. customer calls, emails, walk-ins, and other correspondence) so as to maximize sales conversions support the sales team in selling forms to prospective customers for projects in the region
  • To analyze feedback from customers and the trends to sales queries and provide feedback to the Sales and Marketing teams
  • To provide inputs to Head Customer Care and Sales Head on MIS data and customer requirement & feedback monitor & meet the defined SLAs ensure maximum productivity
  • Responsible for MIS, monitoring all documentation, agreements, and registrations as well as monitoring/ follow-up for payments and collections in the region.
  • To monitor sales collections and ensure regular follow-up & sending demand notices for the same to red flag issues if any to the Head Customer Care/ Sales support and to Sales Heads
  • To coordinate with all projects and corporate marketing team for the requirement of marketing collateralsCustomer Service
  • Other duties include coordination with the corporate marketing team for the requirements of marketing collaterals for the projects.

Qualification & Experience:

  • 04 – 09 Years of Experience
