Job Responsibilities:

  • Submit Monthly Statement to the HO. regarding Bill amount Claimed & amount Certified.
  • Verification of the External agency’s bills prepared by the Site engineers and Supervisors.
  • MIS reporting – daily, weekly & monthly reports, etc.
  • Should be familiars with billing & Contract in real estate business, making estimations, preparation of bills and reconciliation, Rate Analysis, Bill Estimation, Costing, Preparation of the bill of quantities (BOQ), Verification and Approval of bills of contractors.
  • Preparing Sub-contractor’s bills, Preparing Client Bill as per the Contract conditions & Specifications.Preparing & analyzing Reconciliation Statement Materials & Sub-contractors.
  • Preparing bills as per work execution at the site on a daily/weekly / monthly basis.
  • Prepare the monthly running bills abstract as per the measurements taken in comparison with the Client
  • Purchase Orders/BOQ.
  • Preparation of the bills of subcontractors, internal bills.
  • Inventory management and reconciliation of the same.
  • Forward checked invoices for payment strictly as per the billing & contract cycle.

Qualification & Experience:

  • 5-8 years post qualification experience In billing
