About Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board (CSEB)
Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board (CSEB) is a state-owned company that provides electric power to the citizens of Chhattisgarh, India. It was established in the year 2000 as a successor operating under the administrative control of the Government of Chhattisgarh. The headquarters are situated at Raipur, India. It has a distribution network covering 15 districts of Chhattisgarh.
The Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board was reorganized into five companies under the terms of Section of Electricity. The resulting five companies were:

In the first stage, the board recruits eligible candidates who have a professional qualification from a recognized institution for engineering for a period not exceeding three years.
In the second stage, it recruits candidates who served as a staff engineer on the board for a period not exceeding five years.
