Job Description:

As a Stores Design Manager, you are passionate about creating a scaled method of designing to produce a positive UX and deliver world-class graphic solutions. You’re driven to empower your team of launch specialists to communicate the value proposition of Stores to advertisers and provide them with the resources to most effectively pair Stores with their advertising campaigns. You will further enable Stores designers to connect immersive brand experiences with the customers who interact with them. You will help your team to conceptualize, storyboard and design these brand experiences, often from scratch. You are both imaginative and pragmatic. You have an inventor’s spirit, a creative eye, an efficient, data-driven approach to leadership and a demonstrated proficiency in coaching and accelerating teams to do their best work.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Dive deep on data to develop and manage process and product improvement projects with internal and external stakeholders in order to improve efficiency
  • Create team goals and measure progress, adjusting and supporting where necessary
  • Participate in global initiatives to improve creative standards and internal processes in order to guarantee only the highest standards of customer experience and graphic execution are delivered
  • Proactively manage time and deadlines for yourself and your team
  • Lead a team of Stores Launch Specialists and Designers creating global Stores on Amazon
  • Support Launch Specialists by coaching on project management
  • Coach and develop the team to improve design, efficiency, communication and time management skills

Qualification & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience directly managing digital advertising professionals, such as Designers, Account Managers, Campaign Managers, or Creative Project Managers
