An important goal of the Escalation Center of Excellence Team is to eliminate inefficiency and help move the organization to the next level of a maturity model. We need this backfill of the Project Manager to continue the Programs and Project identified to improve E2E Service Flow and Reduce Customer Complaints. This role is important for the COE team to focus on Process, Reporting & Providing Actionable insights for the EMEA Customer relations team

Job Responsibilities:

  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Communications & Managing Stakeholder Expectation
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Coordinate with regional operation teams for the flawless execution of projects
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Identifying quality requirements as part of Quality management
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Identifying potential risks, performing qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, and planning risk mitigation strategies
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

Qualification & Experience:

  • First Level University degree, 5+ years in project management roles or in like roles/businesses
