- Drive customer centricity among all stores to ensure best service and monitor performance at the store level and put into action plans of improvement.
- Drive and achieve stores profitability through the delivery of agreed revenue & cost plan
- Co-ordination with Zonal/ Circle / Central cross-functional teams to ensure required operational support.
- Manage vendor and partner relationships and ensure all new franchisees partners are aligned & imbibe serve to sell as a way of life. Also, ensure that the team of FRMs & store staff is 100% trained & certified.
- Analyze Zone level analytics reports (KPIs) to identify issues, areas of improvement, deviations, etc.
- Drive local area catchment programs in conjunction with the circle marketing team.
- Ensure total compliance to airtel defined processes and policies
- Identify opportunity for new stores – select location, ensure financial compliance Monitor all competitor activities and share recommendations for action.
